Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM Pacific
Time will ship the same day. Orders
received after 12:00 will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed
or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Express Orders We offer Fedex and USPS Express mail. Express orders must be placed by
10:00AM Pacific time in order to ship same day. If its past 10:00, give us a call at the number at the top
of the screen; we might still be able to send it out today!
For Fedex Express orders, please note that the number of
transit days does not include the day
it was shipped. For example, if a
package is shipped 2 Day Air on Wednesday, it will arrive on Friday. We do not have a Fedex Saturday delivery option.
Fedex has a pretty accurate delivery timeframe, but we still
cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit
time as an estimate. We encourage you to order in ahead of time to avoid delays

Our store is not responsible for any duties or taxes on
Domestic -- Boots ship via Fedex or UPS Ground 1-3 days
after the order is placed. If you order other items with the boots, they will

International There is a 3-5 business day delay in
international shipments, after which we will ship to you by your preferred

There is a 5% restocking fee for all returns. For exchanges, there will be a shipping

$12; for other items, we will contact you. If a product is damaged or defective, well waive the
