Shipping Time -- Non-costume orders will ship within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Express Orders -- We offer Fedex and USPS Express mail. Express orders must be placed by 10:00 AM Pacific time in order to ship same day. If it's past 10:00, give us a call at the number at the top of the screen; we might still be able to send it out today!
For Fedex Express orders, please note that the number of transit days does not include the day it was shipped. For example, if a package is shipped 2 Day Air on Wednesday, it will arrive on Friday. We do not have a Fedex Saturday delivery option.
Fedex has a pretty accurate delivery timeframe, but we still cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time as an estimate. We encourage you to order in ahead of time to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you need help figuring out shipping times, give us a call!
International orders -- If you would like to order costumes or boots, please note that there may be a 3-5 business day delay in shipping your order. If you have a certain day you need them by, please email us for more information.
Our store is not responsible for any duties or taxes on international orders.
Costume, Boot, and Fine Jewelry Shipping
Domestic -- Costumes, boots, and fine jewelry ship via Fedex or UPS Ground 1-3 days
after the order is placed. If you order other items as well, they will
ship separately. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
International -- There is a 3-5 business day delay for international shipments, after which we will ship to you by your preferred shipping method.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason we will be happy to replace the item or refund your money within 30 days (except for boots - read below) if the product has not been opened or does not show any signs of being worn. We cannot refund shipping costs.
There is a 5% restocking fee for all returns. For exchanges, there will be a shipping fee. For boots, this is usually $12; for other items, we will contact you. If a product is damaged or defective, we'll waive the restocking and shipping fee.
To return an item, log in to your account. Under ''Track your recent orders,'' click ''View details'' on the order you would like to return. On the next page, click ''Add New RMA.'' Select the item you want to return, the reason, and give us a detailed description in the ''My Comments'' box.
We will contact you shortly with instructions.
Please note: Certain custom-made items are not eligible for returns. These items will say so in the item description. Platinum jewelry, custom boots and custom engraved items are not returnable or refundable.
Undergarments cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
Due to the seasonality of some of our merchandise, we do not accept returns of costumes, boots, or costumes accessories that are ordered between October 1st and October 31st.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card or Paypal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
If for any reason there will be a delay in your order, we will notify you immediately. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We use this information to process your orders, to send you order updates and to personalize your shopping experience.

This is completely voluntary; you have to check a box when you create an account or sign up at the ''Mailing List'' on the right side of the page. We will not automatically sign you up for our newsletter, and we do not distribute or sell customer information to other businesses. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to our store. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
